Equity Finance Adviser

Requirements:

• Strong Background in Finance and / or Real Estate 
• Experienced in Securing Equity Funding
• Familiarity with SEC Regs Regarding Funding Pools 
• Familiarity with Institutional Lenders Processing 
• Minimum 10 years of related experience 
• Familiarity with SEC Regs Regarding Funding Pools 
• Familiarity with Institutional Lenders Processing 
• Minimum 10 years of related experience 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Duties:

• Perform Analysis of Business Performance 
• Perform Market Analysis of Real Estate Projects
• Oversee / Evaluate Commercial Loan Packages
• Prepare Development Project Prospectus
• Interface with Institutional Lenders / Investors
