Financial Adviser

Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent with emphasis in Real Estate and Finance 
• Engineering Background highly desirable 
• Experienced in Securing Equity Funding
• Familiarity with SEC Regs Regarding Funding Pools 
• Familiarity with Institutional Lenders Processing 
• Minimum 7 years of related experience 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Duties:

• Oversee / Evaluate Commercial Loan Packages
• Perform Market Analysis of Real Estate Projects
• Prepare Development Project Prospectus
• Interface with Institutional Lenders / Investors
• Perform Cost-Benefit Analysis of Alternative Projects
